Falling. That heavy rain could lead to flooding. That is why we have issued a first alert for today. Krystal is here. What we are looking at the first alert for the heavy rain and flooding through much of our area, starting around philadelphia and the northern air just areas north into the pennsylvania suburbs. Also through new jersey and delaware where theres the biggest threat of flooding because some of the heaviest rain will go through those areas. We will keep this in effect through midnight. The heaviest rain will taper around sunset. We could see flooding into the nighttime hours are rain thats been moving through and pockets that are heavier that will be leading to flooding and flash flooding. Its the quick flooding when you may get a downpour. Some grounds are so saturated that flooding will occur regardless. Theres a Flash Flood Warning in place for kent county.
