Push factors. Ive seen these reports. People are fleeing difficult conditions, theyre reuniting with family in the United States, theyre fleeing Economic Uncertainty and failed governments both locally and nationally. So the conditions youre talking about, the crime, the uncertain conditions, the poor conditions economically, what has changed dramatically would you admit that the numbers have increased dramatically . There is no doubt about that. So is there a corresponding increase dramatically...

Resolution that had been seen as an intractable problem. The Police Department, once again, was not at the hearing, did not present any concerns so i do believe that before we move forward that we should give the Police Department an opportunity to present its concerns to the Sheriffs Department so i think continuing this item so there is that dialogue makes sense. I want to note a couple...

They are close to as big a problem as not having people. You have doctors there but you dont have examination rooms. Do you have a construction plan moving forward . I know its unfair. You have been in the job six weeks. Im not trying to be critical. Its five, actually. All right. Obviously, you are right. Facilities are very important. The action you took with the bill gives us the ability to have 27 more facilities. Not surprisingly, one of the facilities will go in phoenix where, obviously, w...

Normally what happens is this isnt universal, but first time offenders perhaps on first time misdemeanor charges would be eligible for pretrial diverse.
