I think thate with a nonprofit status should be paying into the Transportation System and because of that i would much prefer a different approach as opposed to a blanket exemption. Eucalyptus trees were beneath. They were acting as giants holding the soil. No other newly planted trees can do these things. They have at least 300 years of life in them. They were taken out.
