1.  That as of 23 rd April 2021, the Issuer has increased its programme limit from US$50,000,000 to US$250,000,000 (the "Programme").   2.  That as of 26 th April 2021, the Issuer has issued US$50,000,000 in principal amount, of new green Bonds from the Programme.   The new green Bonds offer investors a 7.25% p.a. return over a 5-year term.
