COVID-19 is not dampening the spirits of the residents of the Bluewater Rest Home. The home is decorated for the holidays including Bluewater Rest Home selfie which turned residents into elves, and there has even been a window visit from Santa which made everyone really happy. Outreach & Programs Manager at Blue Water Rest Home, Chelsey Passmore says virtual meals with friends and families have become a huge hit.
