Out with nonprofits. A case manager and the fully loaded case working for the city is 140,000 a year and the fully cost at well paying nonprofit is only about 80,000 a year. Multiply that by the number of case managers that youre paying for and i think its a significant amount of money that the sector is paying the Nonprofit Sector is saving the government, but this shouldnt be done on the backs of workers.
