Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd described the 13 men arrested during his latest sweep against those who possess and share child pornography, Operation Guardians of the Innocence VI , carried out by undercover detectives during November and December.
This time, the suspects ranged in age from 20 to 47.
Judd said the victims depicted and abused in the images ranged from 12 year olds, down to small children, toddlers, and babies. The acts depicted, as described by Judd, are in many instances too vile to be repeated in an article meant for a general audience.

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Sheriff Grady Judd of the Polk County Sheriffâs Office announced the arrest of 13 people in a month-long special operation called the âOperation Guardians of the Innocence VI.â
Warrants in the case were served on Monday. Detectives seized all known electronic communications devices belonging to the suspects, with forensic searches of those devices to follow.
Those searches could turn up additional images and/or videos depicting child pornography and additional charges could be pending.

On June 24, investigators with the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control’s Digital Forensic Investigative Unit executed a search warrant at the home of a 39-year-old fifth-grade school teacher in the Chilhowee School District, Ronald John Booker. As a result of the search, investigators seized child pornography and computer equipment. Booker was arrested and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
According to the probable cause statement Booker allegedly uploaded images on March 12, that depicted children between 8 and 16 years old. Booker admitted to uploading the images, according to the statement, but told investigators he received them from another user on a chat site and was attempting to report the user by uploading them.
