Ekuwem disclosed this in a statement tagged, “Second wave of COVID-19: Need for strict compliance with guidelines and protocols” made available to newsmen on Friday in Uyo. He frowned at a situation where people no longer use face masks, and religious events no longer adhere to COVID-19 protocols and guidelines for the conduct of services among other acts of non compliance .
