A Wesleyan University student who says she was raped during a fraternity house party has filed a federal lawsuit against the organization.

Dr. William Gail Troyer Jr., 89, known to most as “Bill,” an Oak Park resident since 1974, died on June 20, 2023. Born on Jan. 16, 1934, to William Sr. and Jane Guynn Troyer in South Bend, Indiana.
