A Jewish and pro-Israel advocacy group filed a complaint alleging that a psychology professor was antisemitic toward students last semester.

The university said it was “committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where all feel safe and free of harassment, hostility or marginalization.”

"A professor targeting Jewish and Israeli students for adverse treatment is textbook antisemitic discriminatory conduct.”

“The results from the first year of data collection are positive and indicate that students made significant gains,” said Karen Larwin, professor of Teacher Education and Leadership Studies at YSU.
