KATHMANDU, April 11: Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Member of Parliament (MP) Sobita Gautam has proposed not to allow the sale and registration of vehicles imported under customs duty exemption for 20 years.
KATHMANDU, Oct 7: The Council of Ministers has approved a new customs bill, currently in the process of being registered in parliament, that allows export industries to import industrial raw materials without paying customs duty.
KATHMANDU, Sept 19: The government spent Rs 87.66 billion under recurrent expenditure in the first two months of the current fiscal year, which was less by Rs 21.06 billion compared to the review period of the last fiscal year.
