AVENGERS: ENDGAME Director Attempts To Clear Up Confusion About Captain America s Trip Back In Time

AVENGERS: ENDGAME Director Attempts To Clear Up Confusion About Captain America s Trip Back In Time Avengers: Endgame director Joe Russo has opened up on the confusion surrounding Captain America s trip back in time, revealing whether the hero lived his life out in the MCU s timeline or a different one. JoshWilding | 2/12/2021 Shortly after Avengers: Endgame was released, we got conflicting answers from the Russo Brothers and writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely about the Multiverse. The directors maintained that when Steve Rogers travelled back in time to be with Peggy Carter, he ended up in another timeline (essentially a different world in the Multiverse, for all intents and purposes). The movie s writers, however, said it was the same one, and we were left to wonder whether Captain America had to use those Pym Particles to return to the MCU s Earth or if he simply grew old and made sure to be in the right place at the right time.

Sun Feb 07, 2021 at 6:34pm ET The Young Avengers. Pic credit: Marvel There have been rumors that the next iteration of the Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is the Young Avengers. If that is true, the Disney+ shows have already started laying out the groundwork for that team. Here is a look at who has already been introduced, who is coming, and who that might leave for the future. Sign up for our TV newsletter! Marvel at a Minimum: Or, How to Introduce the MCU to My Parents

Infinity War) Avengers: Endgame (post- Infinity War) Amazing, right? Trouble is, as awesome as my parents are, I can’t reasonably ask them to watch all of these films to get to the end. I mean, if they get into them and love them, then great! Go for it! Otherwise, it’s just too much. So I thought I’d take a stab at cutting the necessities in half. That is, I want to create a list of the Marvel films that are necessary not just to get to Avengers: Endgame, but to truly get it when you get there.

Chris Evans MCU return could finally solve Endgame confusion

For his part, Evans responded to the reports by saying it was news to me , but that could be read either as a flat denial or a cheeky response that confirms it. Marvel actors rarely confirm rumours and even recently, Tatiana Maslany absolutely was not She-Hulk – until she actually was. As we all know by now, Endgame saw Cap go back in time to return the Infinity Stones and decide to stay in the past to live a life with Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell). Moments later, he s seen on a nearby park bench as Old Man Cap to hand over the shield to Falcon and apparently make him the new Captain America.
