India, Australia, Japan, US hold Quad meet, discuss rules-based order, Myanmar coup
Foreign ministers of India, Australia, Japan and the USA held the third Quadrilateral Security Dialogue meeting on Thursday. The ministers discussed cooperation in countering disinformation, counterterrorism, maritime security and the urgent need to restore the democratically elected government in Myanmar.

The third Quadrilateral Security Dialogue meeting of the foreign ministers of India, Australia, Japan and the USA took place on Thursday.
The meeting was attended by Minister of External Affairs of India S Jaishankar, Australia Foreign Minister Marise Payne, Japan minister Toshimitsu Motegi and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

New Delhi: The foreign ministers of India, Australia, Japan and the USA will hold the third Quadrilateral Security Dialogue or Quad meeting on Thursday (February 18 ).
The members are expected to exchange views on regional and global issues and to working towards an inclusive Indo-Pacific region. The Ministers will exchange views on regional and global issues especially practical areas of cooperation towards maintaining a free, open and inclusive Indo-Pacific region, Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said in a statement.
