San jose search and rescue is at Alum Rock Park at this hour trying to recover a body. Police say a man fell more than 100 feet yesterday afternoon near the eastern border of the park by the Cherry Flat Reservoir there. Emergency crews were called out yesterday afternoon. They found the man but because of the rugged terrain there, they were unable to recover the body until today. It is not yet clear how or why that man fell. A driver who ran from police died after crashing his car in san jose. The stolen vehicle rolled into a ditch on blossom hill road last night. The driver was ejected and later died from the injuries.
