ARRESTS A woman was arrested and cited at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, for gross misdemeanor third-degree driving while intoxicated, open bottle and driving after suspension during a traffic stop on North Eighth and Ivy streets. Officers also cited a male for underage consumption and possessing drug paraphernalia.
A 43-year-old man was arrested at 11:54 p.m. Wednesday for a warrant following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 800 block of South Sixth Street.
A 60-year-old man was arrested at 8:01 p.m. Wednesday for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct following a domestic disturbance on the 11000 block of State Avenue, Brainerd.
