The federal housing authority is same day as patty millett got rejected. they tried to block a quorum because they didnt like the agency. for years they wouldnt confirm an agency head. this is all nullification behavior. the nullification of existing laws is a very serious threat to our democracy, and so i think we cant let an abusive senate procedural rules basically nullify the law that says theyre supposed to be 11 d.c. circuit judges or a federal housing authority with a head. pattie millett...
