The temple is located on foss avenue near 680 and alum rock. A neighbor shared this video with us. You can see the flames right there shooting up into the sky. Investigators tell us there were four people inside at the time. Everybody got out. Okay. The vast majority of this building is a large meeting area. Fortunately, there was no meetings at the time. The only people who were in the building were the four people who live in the building. They live in a in a small unit thats towards the rear of the building, above a garage space. Crews managed to keep that fire from spreading to nearby homes, the cause of that fire under investigation. But a man who says he owns the building told us he thinks that fire started in the kitchen.
