Briar Cliff Welcomes Presidential Scholars May 12, 2021 Briar Cliff University welcomed its four Presidential Scholars to the April 30 Charger Orientation. Braxton Brockhaus, son of Greg and Heather Brockhaus, will study biology while attending BCU. He chose Briar Cliff because of the family atmosphere and Catholic Franciscan values. “I am most looking forward to seeing how Briar Cliff can push me to be the best person I can be,” Brockhaus says. Sarah Glover, daughter of Jason and Laura Glover, plans to study exercise physiology for pre-med. She looks forward to growing and exploring new opportunities. “BCU has the atmosphere and culture I’m looking for. Their Catholic Franciscan values will allow me to continue to grow through campus ministry and other organizations,” Glover says.
