Former Donald Trump lawyer John C. Eastman was disbarred from a California federal court after his license was temporarily suspended over his work for the former president to attempt to overturn the 2020 election, with the court saying in an order Friday that Eastman failed to file a response to the discipline saying why he should not have his law license revoked.
