Glasgow Helping Heroes celebrates a decade of service A GLASGOW veteran’s charity is celebrating ten years of service. Glasgow’s Helping Heroes (GHH) was started a decade ago to help ex-servicemen and women across the city by the SSAFA veterans charity and Glasgow City Council. The service acts as a one stop shop where veterans can access services such as financial, housing and employability advice. They also raise awareness of issues affecting ex-soldiers. Rachel Tribble from GHH said: “We are incredibly proud of what GHH stands for and the impact we have every day. 10 years is an incredible milestone and an interesting one to reach during a pandemic.
