If the arugula, garlic, onions and sauces don’t get used up before new COVID-19 restrictions take effect, one Edmonton business says it will invite its staff to take them home.
Shaun Caron, general manager at Campio Brewing Company, said staff have been working to whittle down perishable inventory they might not sell once they can no longer offer dine-in services beginning Sunday.
