Radio collars of six cheetahs have been removed by veterinarians and experts from Namibia and South Africa at the Kuno National Park in Madhya Prades for a health examination. The project has already seen the deaths of five adult cheetahs and three cubs, leading the environment ministry to announce several steps to support the cheetah project, including the establishment of a cheetah research center with facilities for rehabilitation, capacity building and interpretation.
