The real estate and properties transactions valued at Dhs6.8 billion in total during the week, according to Dubai Land Department. 330 plots were sold for Dhs1.65 billion, 1,653 apartments and villas were sold for Dhs3.42 billion.
Abu Dhabi s residential capital values have registered an 11% annual and a 2.1% quarterly growth to hit 70.2 points in 2021, fully recovering from Covid-19 fallouts, and performing better than 2019. However, the prices are still 29.8% below 2016 levels.
Reportage Properties, a leading UAE real estate developer, said its sales shot up nearly 100% to AED1.6 billion in 2021, compared to AED812 million in 2020.
