Shooting happened in front of this house where the party took place. Two victims fell to the ground right here at the walkway. Police found two more victims hiding a few houses down at the end of the culdesac. A surveillance camera across the street shows the chaotic aftermath. Its dark, but you can hear a lot of people screaming, yelling. Showing a person in a white shirt running out to help the injured victims. That neighbor asked me not to release his first name. Hes looking out the window as i heard someone shot. I instantly grabbed one of my tourniquets. He found two injured teens on the ground. One boy shot in the upper body. The other shot in the leg in awe. And when i was applying that tourniquet focusing on breathing, he started to panic, trying to worry about everything thats going on.
