The Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla took place in Ayodhya on Monday with Prime Minister Narendra Modi performing the rituals. Devotees on Tuesday were seen taking a dip at the Saryu River near the Ram Mandir despite cold weather.

According to reports, separate gates for entry and exit have been opened to control the huge influx of devotees at the Ram temple in Ayodhya. 

Ram Path — the main thoroughfare — was choked as devotees flooded the streets of the temple town, which has been gripped by religious fervour over the inauguration of the grand mandir.

The newly consecrated Ram temple in Ayodhya opened its doors to the general public, drawing throngs of devotees from various parts of the country.
