Ramdev baba case: Remarks on Allopathy: SC asks Ramdev to implead complainants in his plea for stay of criminal probes
The Supreme Court postponed until July the hearing of Baba Ramdevs plea to consolidate FIRs from different states against his remarks on allopathy and Covid-19 treatment. States were given two weeks to update FIR status. Ramdev seeks FIR clubbing, transfer to Delhi, and protection from proceedings. He faces charges under various sections including the Disaster Management Act.
