Iraq has submitted a complaint to the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) about Irans "aggression" after strikes on Iraqi Kurdistan, the Iraqi Foreign Ministry said Tuesday.

The US is evacuating its Hemo military base near the airport in the northeastern Syrian city of Kamishli (al-Qamishli) after repeated attacks by "Iraqi resistance" forces, Irans Tasnim news agency reports.
