Tompkins County man accused of having child porn on work computer, feds say Updated 8:47 PM; Ithaca, N.Y. A Tompkins County man was arrested Wednesday after being accused of possessing child pornography on his desktop computer at his former place of employment, according to federal prosecutors. Randolph Bullock, 64, of Dryden, could face up to 10 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines if found guilty, prosecutors said. Bullock was held Wednesday following an initial appearance ticket, prosecutors said. A detention hearing is scheduled for May 3, prosecutors said. The charge on Bullock’s complaint is an accusation and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty, prosecutors said.
