The Daily Chronicle, the 19-year-old Seattle native has pleaded not guilty to second-degree rape stemming from an alleged incident in January 2020.
Lil Mosey appeared in Lewis County Superior Court on Tuesday (April 27) after the Lewis County Prosecutor’s Office agreed to cancel a $50,000 warrant for his arrest. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court for a scheduled preliminary appearance on April 21. Defense attorney Jennifer Atwood claims the court summons was sent to the wrong address and Mosey had no idea he’d received one until it was too late.

According to TMZ, Mosey is currently wanted in the state of Washington. The 19-year-old rapper is being accused of skipping out on a court date, and as a result his is wanted for his arrest.
The incident reportedly took place in January, when two women claim to have went to visit Mosey in a cabin. The women claim they were both raped by Mosey and someone he was with. The victim alleges she agreed to have intercourse with Mosey in a car but after drinking too much, she claims she blacked out and shortly after, Mosey had sex with her again. She remembers allegedly blacking out again and woke up with the other man forcing himself on her.
