The idea is to over the next few years, by 2020 reach a level of 100,000 High School Students each year who are either in a summer job or an internship program. 100,000 each year, we want to start that aggressively this summer, well give you a quick deadline of may 15th. We want to start reaching toward the bigger goal we want to ask everyone whos watching. If you can create an internship or a mentorship effort, we want you to start doing that now, so we can plug in a lot of our young people this summer, and build out over the next few years, thats one second in terms of our pipeline.
