Statements from the committee, we get the committee altering evidence not just about a text message that i forwarded to the white house chief-of-staff but others as well and now were just supposed to take their word about this individual, ray epps, who was encouraging people to go into the capitol the day before january 6 but somehow hes not getting charged. >> laura: poly, how concerned are you going forward as we get closer to the midterms, and then 2024, that social media companies will actua...

Be as fair as you can, can you? >> i really cant. one could say absolutely gross incompetence. the only problem is ray epps is observed to the fbi on a silver platter. the fbi included him as one of the 20 most wanted people. they said please help us identify him. the internet identified him like two days later and the fbi has done nothing. and so its really, i am at a loss for an innocent explanation for these discrepancies. >> tucker: can you imagine why someone like liz cheney but lets be hon...

When i see ted cruz, you know, pushing this idea of the ray epps conspiracy, which by the way has been a conspiracy almost taken as gospel for about two or three months that somehow ray epps was an fbi agent and somehow everybody is so dumb which even if he was an fbi agent, which he wasnt, that that one fbi agent incited everybody to do something like tear up the capitol. what do you think of your own base and voters if you think theyre that gullible. what happens is the reaction is always some...

Engaged with the committee. now shes sat down with them virtually and answered questions. of course, mcenany, another one of these people very close to the former president donald trump who could have specific insight into that day specifically on january 6th. at this point we dont know what she told the committee, jake. >> ryan, one other question. this is a fringe conspiracy theory, but i have to ask you because it is showing up at congressional hearings raised by house and senate republicans....

>> i think that is a very good question. i dont know who ray epps is. ive seen the video multipleoo times, it is disturbing. hes clearly urging the crowd te violate the law. when you see the crowd started chanting "fed! fed! fed!" for him to appear on the fbis most wanted list and come off it it certainly suggests he was working for the fbi. that is not conclusive but the attorney general and thehe department of justice wont answer the question. i joined with a number of other senators trying bi...

>> laura: senator, thank you. the doj has charged seditious conspiracy but why was ray epps a prominent oath keeper himself left out. congressman jim jordan and molly hemingway have answers next. n tony here from creditrepair.com taking to the streets to talk about credit. can you repair your credit yourself? yes. -great. how? uhhh... how long does credit repair take? i dont know, like 10 years. what? are you insane? whats a good credit score? go. 600. maybe if youre trying to pay thousands extr...

We are still talking about it and was interested in finding out who he is. why is that? we would not know anything about this were not for revolver news, who is not only done the best reporting on january 6th but virtually the only reporting on elements of january 6th. b totally legitimate question. darren beattie, thanks so much for coming on, so i just want to check two facts really quick. ray epps and the man at the topy of the tower commanding the m crowd to break the wall have not been arre...
