Weve seen that from time to time. No surprises for the south bay or the east bay unless the surpri surprise. Slowing south 101 towards spencer avenue where the overturned vehicle has been there for a while. Chp says thats the only issue and they may have to block a third lane. Hopefully this will clear quickly south of lincoln drive.
