There are those that have the surreal ability to both persuade and assuage wide swaths of folks to think a certain way about stuff which frightens them at personal and political levels.

Our lack of attention to labor on Labor Day is the equivalent of ignoring veterans on Memorial Day, or ignoring the Declaration of Independence on the Fourth of July.

Trump must be held accountable for his crimes, just like anyone else would be, and our elected officials must allow a trial to proceed without political interference.

If “We the People” are going to hold one person accountable for their actions in politics we should hold “all” persons accountable, regardless of what side of the aisle they sit on.
