Delray Beach man sentenced to 14 years for Medicare fraud

Delray Beach businessman Marc Sporn was sentenced to 14 years in prison for defrauding Medicare out of more than $20 million by selling doctors orders for unnecessary laboratory tests and medical cream treatments, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of Florida.
