Four swimmers from the Pierre Swim Team were in the top four in points in the South Dakota 12 & Under championship meet, held March 5 through 7 at the Mitchell Parks & Recreation Aquatic Center.
Charlotte Hull finished second in points in the 11-12 girls competition and won championships in two individual events, with Aliya Erickson third. Ava Lowrance was fourth in 9-10 girls.
Gunner Jones was fourth in 11-12 boys and won the 100-meter backstroke.
Eight of Pierre’s nine relay teams finished in the top five.
