Annual memorial held for fallen cyclists, including 2 Harrisburg women
A total of 15 cyclists were killed in crashes last year in Pennsylvania, according to PennDOT. The Ride of Silence and event at the Capitol are part of an international effort to call for better and safer conditions on the state’s roadways for all users.
