Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K Kavitha has defended her case against her in the Delhi excise policy money laundering case, claiming it is a political laundering case. Kavitha was produced before the Rouse Avenue Court after being released from her ED custody. The Enforcement Directorate claimed Kavitha conspired with top Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, including Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, to gain favors in the policy formulation and implementation.
