We were told they noticed her biting or attempting to eat a bar of soap. She took off and hit a car and headed south before turning around and heading into the medical center. At that point the military Security Officer approached her. She refused to roll down her window, the officer knocked down a window out of her car. The woman started driving away on a grassy area next to the sidewalk. We were told there was a Naval Security person here. The car was coming towards that person. I think he was on foot. He discharged his firearm once. The round struck the vehicle. Once again the woman that allegely took off this time heading northbound in the busy southbound lanes of wisconsin avenue. Sh
