We are learning more about the chp officer that was killed in a tragic Christmas Eve crash on the east bay freeway and the driver that hit his patrol car. Ann makovec is live. We are learning more about the officer who passed, a father of three, 33yearold officer Andrew Camilleri had been with the chp for only about a year. He and his partner were parked in their chp suv on the sold of southbound 880 when another driver rear ended them. It happened around 11 30 on Christmas Eve. Camilleri was in the passenger seat and his partner, officer Jonathan Velasquez was behind the wheel. Velasquez was treated at the hospital and released while the camilleri family
