Man injured after semi collides with cow on the roadway outside Franklin

Sammy Enriquez, 47, of Sacred Heart, sustained non-life-threatening injuries after his semi truck collided with a cow Tuesday night on Minnesota Highway 19, about one and a half miles east of Franklin. He was transported to CentraCare Redwood Hospital in Redwood Falls for treatment, according to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol.
