set aside a small area for smokers. it outlaws smoking at state county and municipal parks. governor chris christie has not satisfied whether or not he will sign the bill. story that dominated social media earlier today what was behind actor shya labeouf getting kick olt of the broadway show. plus the nanny nightmare that has people talking one couples attempt to evict a nanny who refuses to leave out of the new york courthouse wearing the same t-shirt he was arrested in hours earlier. crowd of reporters followed the troubled actor as he walk back from his hotel but he wasn't talking. the 28 year-old spent the night behind bars after being busted for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. he is accused of disrupting a performance of the broadway show cabaret, police say he refused to stop yelling obscenities and smoking during the show witnesses said he was acting weird in the lobby. getting a drink at the bar with a torn shirt and stumbling and then he said, a strawberry to a woman from her plate. >> reporter: spokesmen for cabaret says actor was disruptive during act one of the show and police escorted him out during intermission. >> if we didn't know who he was, we would have assumed he was a bum. >> reporter: labeouf is best known for starring with megan fox in the first three transformers movies. he is not in the latest one that is hitting theaters today. he is also he threaten officers and security guards. he is due back in court july 24th. this story had people talking on social media today a california couple is embroiled in a live in nanny nightmare. they fired her, but she won't leave. this is 64 year-old dianne straton being served papers to get out of this home. she has been living there since march, when the family found her on craigs list. their arrangement she would live in the home for free but help with cleaning and looking after the children. >> she is not a house, it is a home. it is where my family is. she's trying to destroy it. >> now you this person is in our house. i have to go to work. my kids are still here. my wife is still here. >> reporter: experts say legal process could take months, since she has squatter rights. and another twist is a 12 year-old boy missing for weeks but found alive in his father's basement. you may remember seeing this charlie's father was told live on television his son was found barricaded in his basement. today the the child's step monday, appeared in court, on an unrelated weapons charge. she told police that the 12 year-old left the house because he was afraid of his father's reaction points, that is true amount of moisture in the air and we will see dew point temperatures in the lower 60's and 50's, not so bad. we are approaching comfortable level so pretty comfortable tonight but during the day tomorrow it will change. and gets what we're not bad. tomorrow those dew point will be in the 50's and it will be very pleasant. more deep blue sky and lower humidity. so we are looking good for the weekend. saturday high pressure brings in that dryer air from the north, mostly sunny, temperatures will be in the 80's. same goes for sunday even though this high moves off shore it still is pleasant with lower humidity. by the time monday rolls around, we will watch the showers, move a little bit closer, more moist air moving our way and then that humidity will be jumping up and so will temperatures. we will be in the upper 80's by monday. during the evening hours a few clouds will role through overnight it will be seasonal, with a low temperature of 64 degrees. during the york's city hall. kevin richardson struggled to control his emotions. >> people called us animals, wolf packs, i have sisters and a mother. i would never do anything to a woman. i was raised better than that five black and hispanic teenagers were convicted in the 89 beating and rape of the female jog inner central park. the case, made national headlines, and popularized the term wilding, the defendants, confessed to the crime but later claim they had been coerced. dna evidence eventually proved their innocence but not before one man spent 13 years in prison and the other four nearly seven he acted alone. philadelphia police want your help to catch suspects who threw bleach in the face of the beauty supply store worker. back on may 15th police responded to s and j beauty supply on welsh road. police say robber first charged in the store, stole items and took off. a few hours later they came back to the store and threw bleach in the face of the store employee. they then stole the employee's iphone and money from the cash register. now to washington square where police are searching foreman who stole a lap top from an apartment at tenth and pine. this happened june 8th around 11:00 p.m. victim won't up and noticed his computer was gone. suspect took his cell phone and other electronics. suspect drunk driver caused this chain reaction crash about 4:15 this morning near second and fairmount in northern liberties. five cars were involved, suspect drunk driver is at hahnemann hospital and another person was taken into police custody at the scene. the united states is philadelphia youth network. it was their first step on their six week journey in the sum are work program. today they learn all of the expectations of what it is like to get a job, they have the provide them with a couple things first is an opportunity to meet adults care about them. the second is opportunities to develop their own self confident and a greater understanding of the say they threw a million-dollar winning ticket in the garbage are now suing the the new jersey lottery. eric and salvatore cambria said they had a million-dollar ticket in their hands but accidentally tossed it into the trash. they claimed they bought it at this 7-eleven in bergen county. the pair says they looked for the winning numbers on line, 15 minutes after the drawing but the numbers didn't
