Reliance: Proxy firms Institutional Shareholder Services Inc. (ISS) and Institutional Investor Advisory Services (IIAS) have recommended that shareholders vote against the induction of Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, to the companys board. ISS cited Anants limited leadership and board experience as a concern. However, Reliance defended Anants appointment, stating that he has relevant experience and maturity.

Last week, Reliance had taken over control of nearly 200 small-format retail stores of the debt-ridden Future Group.

Future Group has also challenged the Delhi HC order that had imposed cost of Rs  20 lakh on the Group along attachment of its properties.
