The Brighton Police Chief will speak at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday with an update on the investigation after a missing 14-year-old girl from Brighton was found in New York City.

Interim RPD Chief Cynthia Herriott-Sullivan held a briefing Friday. The chief reiterated that the child was not pepper-sprayed during the incident.
The woman was charged with trespassing because the chief says, she was instructed to leave several times and was knocking items off the shelves in Rite Aid.

The City of Rochester released new body-worn camera video Thursday of the incident involving the 9-year-old girl pepper-sprayed by a Rochester Police officer.
