Bill aims to provide anonymity for lethal injection drug companies
Idaho is one of 24 states where capital punishment is legal, but the Idaho Department of Corrections said they're currently unable to carry out the death penalty because companies that sell the drugs used for lethal injection won't sell them to the state, unless they're guaranteed anonymity.
