As per the bulk deal data available with the BSE, Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) and private equity firm General Atlantic Singapore Fund FII Pte sold 58 lakh shares each, amounting to a combined 4.46 per cent stake in PNB Housing Finance.

Noida Authority has started putting up notices on premises of housing societies warning that unsold units will be attached if dues are not cleared by this month. Developers of 30 projects have paid initial 25% of total dues, amounting to over Rs 250 crore. 12 group housing projects owe Noida Rs 1,697 crore and have not accepted govts relief package yet.

Extreme summer heat, rising absenteeism, and productivity loss have led to a high demand for last-mile delivery and warehouse personnel in India. About 2,000 delivery personnel are dropping off daily in quick commerce and 5,000 in food delivery, with an estimated 2.1-2.2 lakh people needed for replacement hiring daily. The monthly attrition of riders, warehouse staff, pickers, packers, and loaders is at a high of 30-40%.

QSR Cos Growth: Retailers and quick-service restaurant chains in India experienced the slowest pace of store expansion in five years at 9%, with 33,219 stores as of March 31.
