CM to distribute house sites to poor in Ongole Vijayawada, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

Chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit Ongole to distribute house sites to the poor on Friday. The state government released nearly 200 crore to complete the land acquisition last fortnight. This project has been a long-pending promise of Balineni. The district administration is readying the layouts for grant of sites to about 22,000 poor in Ongole constituency.

JAL may get back land if it clears 200cr dues, Real Estate News, ET RealEstate

The Yamuna Authority may reinstate a proportionate land parcel off the expressway to Jai Prakash Associates Ltd (JAL) if the developer agrees to clear Rs 200 crore dues upfront. The developer has also requested the extension of the rehabilitation package for its stalled residential complexes. Around 9,000 homebuyers in the residential complexes are also waiting for their flats.
