Kanawha County, West Virginia Prosecutor Chuck Miller’s retirement is effective June 13, 2024. A replacement prosecutor will be appointed to serve until the newly elected prosecutor is sworn in. Republicans Debra Rusnak, Don Morris and R. Gregory McVey are the three attorneys applying to be interim Kanawha County prosecutor.
