We first heard about this around 1 30 morning. Police have not said anything public as to the details and circumstances that led to the victim being left for dead. At one point, route 73 was shut down entirely. Since then we have seen that one lane getting by in both directions. Northbound and southbound lanes of 73 are affected because of this.
