( Anaconda or the Company ) (TSX: ANX) (OTCQX: ANXGF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Raymond James Ltd. (“Raymond James”) for a marketed offering of up to $6.0 million by way of private placement of flow-through common shares (“FT Shares”) in the capital of the Company (the “Offering”). The FT Shares will be issued as “flow-through shares” with respect to “Canadian exploration expenses” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada). Up to 7,228,916 FT Shares will be offered under the Offering at a price of $0.83 per FT Share.
