It also unlocks the Nemesis killer, a relentless pursuer that can even summon zombies and infect you with the T-virus.
The Raccoon City Police Department is a procedurally generated map based on the
Resident Evil 2 setting. Apart from infecting you with the T-Virus, the Killer Nemesis has the ability to put injured survivors in a state of hysteria when he injures another. He also has the ability to make generators explode to regress their progress when he puts a survivor in a dying state.
